I may not have a backyard. But I do have a school yard! My little scholars have created a garden which so far, only has a small rose brush and 10 tomato plants.
Nothing has been more entertaining than watching 12 year olds dig in the dirt. They HATE worms and cannot be convinced of their usefulness!
On rainy days we start seeds in recycled milk cartons!
