However, I did get to see it in late winter/early spring. We were thinking about moving to Boston for grad school so we spent the weekend checking out the Harvard area. It was beautiful and made me think of living in a Fitzgerald novel and then I was suddenly convinced that I too wanted a PhD from Harvard! Luckily for our bank account, I have since recovered from my starry-eyed love of academia heaven.
But Eric on the other hand, already looks the part.
Amazing campus. Good thing I did not see this before going to BYU.
And of course, we had to find the cemeteries.
Oh, you know - just the Harvard equivalent of the Morris Center
The famous glass flowers at Harvard Natural History Museum- every piece is made of glass
I feel a little unfaithful saying this - but I think this museum is my favorite museum in the whole world. It has incredibly interesting displays but they are all housed in antique furniture and it feels like you are sneaking into someone's private collection. All of the labels behind the beetles are handwritten in different inks.
And I thought the Neweys had ridiculously large cheeks
