Fredericksburg

On our way back from the park we stopped in Fredericksburg for dinner. We went to Hondos - which, if you are ever in Texas, I highly recommend for many reasons. The decor is just one.

Hike through Lost Maples Park

Garner State Park

This weekend we ran off to the hills for some camping and some fall colors.
We spent the night in Garner State Park after arriving at 11:30 pm... We apparently do everything slowly because we made a drive that was supposed to last 3 hours in 6. I think we have quite a talent.



The next morning we took down camp, ate some breakfast and wandered around the park.






We found some air plants growing everywhere! I had no idea these existed in places outside boutique NYC florists.
