Lovely right? The pictures may be but the experience was lame to the 10th degree. When I try to explain why we disliked Venice I end up sounding snotty so I won't even try. But let's just say, I had to hold back a couple of tired/frustrated tears a couple of times. But at least we have lovely pictures!
The day was So hot and So humid that we spent most of our time looking for air conditioning...
We gave Venice the thumbs down. Take that Venice and all of your centuries-old beauty and history. Ouch.
I have to admit, looking at these pictures 2 months after leaving, I get a little nostalgic.
Gave party boat a whooooole new meaning.
