We did indeed have thanksgiving. We had a little family gathering (me, eric and our darling friend jason) and made waaay too much food and ate and ate and ate. 
This isn't thanksgiving but it is lovely jason with another of my favorite people!
So we don't have matching dishes... or chairs. But at least we have yummy food! (thanks to Fairway market at 11pm the night before thanksgiving)
After dinner(s) we went downtown and saw Slumdog Millionaire. It was one of the most beautiful movies I have seen all year. It made me feel intensely happy. A lot like when I saw Son of Rambow.
Then we came home and ate again. duh.
